-School to me is a place to educate people in which they will use education for life lessons. Life lessons such as career choices, responsibilities in which you learn to work with others and help build character. Well personally in this day and age school is nothing more than a place to have fun and abuse the true meaning of life lessons. Having fun like partying all the time. Abusing life lessons such as not even attending school. Well personally to party and attend school is a personal choice and people can choose to do as they please. But what really gets me is people who attend school and just waste time and effort. People meaning students who receive financial aid. People who receive financial aid get full tuition assistance and extra funds after each semester. People with financial aid tend to drop out after receiving their checks. Some go to school and fail classes. Well as for me I do not receive this. Since my mother is a RN the government automatically thinks that she has enough funds to pay for school. Little do they know this is absolutely untrue. My mother has a whole lot of other expenses to pay for. And on top of it has 2 kids in college.This right here I think is unfair. People who work hard and pay their taxes is giving it to people who don't even care where the money is coming from but yet is spending it with no hesitation on things they don't need it for. While the people who really need it is struck between paying for school or even going to school since they cant afford it. Everyday when I attend school I see this. And personally I think that this is not right. Most of these people are black and Hispanic. Yea I know they broaden the stereotypes that these two races are in. No wonder why the republicans talk so bad about the democratic party this is one of the issues. I don't follow politics but I think they should work onto who is receiving what and what they are receiving it for.
